Doña Keating is an accomplished executive and innovator in the strategic leadership, policy, and management consulting industry. As the President and CEO of Professional Options LLC, Doña provides tailored solutions for small to large businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies. She also serves as a principal and Managing Partner for K2 Strategic Solutions, a partnership between Professional Options and Keating Consulting Service that specializes in information technology, policy, and management consulting.
Doña's extensive leadership experience extends beyond her consulting work. She is a co-founding member and former president/strategic advisor for the West Sound Technology Association, co-founder, co-Champion, and Strategic Advisor of West Sound CoderDojo, a former FIRST Robotics mentor, and a member of the Ethics Board for the City of Bainbridge Island. She has also served on or chaired numerous boards and committees focused on STEM, K-16 education, gender equity, privacy, cybersecurity, business, telecommunications, economic development, and technology.
As an author and speaker, Doña brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She is an alumnus of the Voices for Innovation Advisory Task Force and a founding member and advisor for the Cybersecurity Tech Accord. She previously served as a board member for FIRST Washington, a non-profit organization that inspires young people to become leaders in the STEM fields.
